Obsidian Mountain

The Obsidian Mountain is a volcano within the heart of Rekes near the archipelagoes between Issiq and Rekes. It is a massive black mountain with an active volcano within it, littered with lava tubes—both cleared and actively flowing. No one is certain how deep the layer of obsidian goes but it is stark against the Rekes skyline in any regard. At certain parts of the mountainside are circular metallic windows, usually sealed shut from within although it has been said that at certain times, the windows open with haunting creaks in the middle of the night. Ever since the volcano erupted, the windows have remained sealed.
